A Container in gooflow allows for the creation of pseudo-subworkflows within a workflow. Unlike proper subworkflows launched by the Dispatch Workflow activity or similar, the activities in a container do not have a different workflow instance ID from their parent workflow when executed.
Containers allow for a more organized workflow to be displayed, and are used in some activites by default to handle different outcomes, for example the If or Send Email activities. The first activity within a container is automatically used as a starting point, you do not need to set a specific one like with regular workflows.
